The prices you can see here on the website are valid only for the EU (VAT 21% inclusive).

  • We will quote without the VAT for all non-EU orders.

  • You always pay only the local VAT or sales tax.

CUSTOM DUTIES

It’s easy. Most of the countries have 0 % import duty rate on our furniture. But to be sure, check with your local customs authority to see what is the current rate on importing wooden furniture.

The HS code of our products is HS 940360 (Wooden furniture).

Examples of custom duties as of May 2024:

  • The USA: 0 % customs duty

  • The UK: 0 % customs duty

  • Switzerland: 0 % customs duty

  • Norway: 0 % customs duty

  • New Zealand: 5 % customs duty

Shipping

We ship worldwide. Using the extensive network of DHL and UPS carriers, we can get your order delivered anywhere in the world.

The shipping rate is quoted based on the weight and size of the order. We always ship as freight on pallets that can be delivered in front of your doorstep.

You will get an option to choose from either sea or air transport.

SEA FREIGHT

  • Usually lower cost per pound, useful for oversized shipments

  • Longer transit time than air freight

AIR FREIGHT

  • The best solution for a USA-Europe connection (almost the same price as sea freight)

  • Shorter transit time than sea freight

  • More expensive than sea freight for far destinations like Japan, Australia, and New Zealand

Examples of shipping rates:

  • USA East Coast - AIR ~800 USD per pallet (transit 7-10 days), SEA ~700 USD per pallet (transit 20-35 days)

  • USA West Coast - AIR ~900 USD per pallet (transit 7-10 days)

  • United Arab Emirates - AIR ~800 USD per pallet (transit 6-9 days), SEA ~600 USD per pallet (transit 40-50 days)

  • Japan - AIR ~1600 USD per pallet (transit 10-14 days), SEA ~700 USD per pallet (transit 40-70 days)

  • New Zealand - AIR ~1800 USD per pallet (transit 10-14 days), SEA ~800 USD per pallet (transit 40-70 days)

Packaging

We always pack securely on pallets. This way we minimize the risks of damaging the goods during transport.
